The result presented in this article constitutes the theoretical-methodological foundation of the research about the comprehensive training of the Cuban university professional. There fore, the objective of this article is to offer that scientific theories that support the interrelation between integrality of the personality, integral formation and pedagogical integrality with which innovative possibilities are opened to teachers toraise the quality of integral formation in the career university students in tune with the transformations promoted by the economic, political and social model of the Cuban socialist society, the conditions derived from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the real prospects for sustainable social and human development in the prosperous socialist society and democracy that we build.
