The book fair is one of the most important cultural events held by the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco [UJAT]. The objective of the present investigation is to present the perspective of the students of the Academic Division of Administrative Economic Sciences on the Book Fair, implementing the analytical method under a qualitative approach, applying 50 questionnaires to students of the Marketing degree with an advance curriculum higher than 50 %. The results show that of 100 % of the respondents who have attended this event, 40 % have attended 3 celebrations and 50 % attend for the sale of books, in the same way 70 % were aware of this event even without being student, and 70 % are satisfied with the organization of the event. In conclusion, the book fair transcends the university facilities since it is of the utmost importance for the cultural exchange of an entire society.
