We present a uterine leiomiosarcoma case in a 58 years old woman, operated in the fear 2004 in the surgical and clinical teaching Joaquín Albarrán Domínguez Hospital in the Havana city .This patient refers antecedent of having been operated in multiples occasions and an interruption of pregnancy .We describe the symptoms and clinical sings refered and founds (the patient refers discharge of yellow liquid from her vagina that looks like her the urine; in the examination, the uterus seems to be increase; including the complementary tests results done. Besides, we refer to the anatomic-pathologic results Pleomorfic leiomiosarcoma with gigantic tumoral cells ), also the postoperative treatment. For that, we revise the clinical history of this patient, taking out it from the records deparment .Our objectives :to ensure that our surgeons have in mind this pathology with low prevalence, but that it is possible to find according to the revisions in the specialized literature; to present an operated case in our surgery department , that had a satisfactory evolution in spite of the bad prognosis that they gave to these patients. We conclude with the commentary of the result in the postoperative period.
