Despite the existence and application of a labor gymnastics program in the "Raúl Gómez García" polyclinic, there is currently an increase in occupational diseases in workers of this center. The work aims to develop a proposal for a gymnastics program to reduce the incidence of occupational diseases. The research is non-experimental of a descriptive nature. A high percentage of the entire study population was diagnosed, evidencing low levels of physical activity in the vast majority, non-communicable diseases. A program with a new structure is proposed, which responds to the needs and particularities of the selected sample.
