Strengthening educational scientific activity in the institutions of Technical and Vocational Education of Luanda municipality of the Republic of Angola is an urgent need for development, first of education in this municipality and, consequently, secondly, of society Angolan, because it means the possibility of solving social problems from science, and not from the empirical, as usually happens. This work is intended to provide a modest contribution to this purpose, particularly in Technical and Vocational Education, which in this municipality has a significant importance in having 12 schools. The theoretical foundations are presented to sustain the suggested strategy of overcoming elaboration, for the preparation of the professors and to contribute, in this way, to the improvement of the educational scientific activity in this teaching that, although it is important for all the subsystems, in this it is particularly necessary for the training of technicians who will be incorporated, once graduated, into the production or services of their territory.
