The article to share the result of the analysis about the impact it has had on the University of Pedagogical Sciences Enrique José Varona the institutional research project of Promotion of Reading for the healthy use of free time and the achieving of a reading University, in which it is particular relevant the systematization of the assumed theoretical references and the way in which the group of actions is carried out in correspondence with the substantive processes of higher education, in the context of integration, is particularly relevant with the territories.
