The objective of this article is: to determine the requirements and conditions that the directors of the pedagogical school must materialize so that there is an adequate school environment in them. The systematization carried out on the subject is part of the result of the institutional research project The Organization in the Education Management Process, belonging to the Center for Educational Studies of the Enrique José Varona University of Pedagogical Sciences, of the regulations established in its normative documents and of the experience accumulated by the author as General Director, during five years, at the Fulgencio Oroz Gómez pedagogical school.
