At present, the negative impact of the global health crisis on educational activity has decreased the levels of attendance of students and teachers in educational institutions, a situation that has forced the implementation of curricular changes and adaptations in higher education, as well as the integration of information and communication technologies in educational processes. In this sense, instant messaging applications are of particular interest, among which WhatsApp stands out due to its wide use and the benefits of its benefits. This work aims to propose a system of methodological guidelines for the use of WhatsApp in the training of the Bachelor of Agricultural Education at the Faculty of Education in Technical Sciences of the University of Pedagogical Sciences "Enrique José Varona". The study was based on a descriptive qualitative methodology, in which the proposal was modeled, based on the results achieved in practice. The research methods used were analytical - synthetic and modeling for the representation of good practices during the training process. The results corroborate the possibility of expanding the experience to other types of career activities, taking into account the particularities of the professional model.
