The present work has as purpose to meditate around the paper that corresponds the university professor, in tutor's quality in the attention to students in vulnerability situation. The Cuban superior education in its continuous and systematic process of changes toward the search of an education of quality for all, assumes as builder concept, the universalization of the superior education Horruitiner, P. (2012). Transformations process, directed to the amplification of possibilities and access opportunities to the university and the multiplication of the knowledge, with that which is contributed to the formation of the population's integral general culture and a gradual increment of the levels of justness and of social justice. This aspiration to which the Cuban university goes coming closer gradually, is the full access, guided to achieve that all citizen with conquered half superior level and aspirations of studying university studies, have the possibility to make it, without limits neither or of any type. In this formative process it plays a momentous paper the tutor, considered as that figure that offers him an attention personalized the student, so that it achieves a good use of their learning. The tutorship like professional competition of the superior education, allow, therefore, to improve the quality, the relevancy and justness of the educational process, propitiating this way the socio-educative inclusion of all those that consent to the tertiary education, leaving of to see and to assume the educational inclusion as a form of learning how to cohabit with the differences and to learn of the differences.
