In order to promote the healthy and integral development of the personality of the students in the confinement conditions imposed by the pandemic and to prepare the return to classes, it was decided to carry out a process of pedagogical assistance and advice in municipalities of the capital and a pedagogical school. It is based on previous investigations. A multidisciplinary team of professors, methodologists and students from the "Enrique José Varona" University of Pedagogical Sciences (UCPEJV), the Provincial Directorate of Education (DPE) of Havana and the University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences is formed. (UCCFD). The implemented actions made it possible to ensure the preparation for the restart of the school year and provide psycho-pedagogical, methodological and socio-educational tools to the teacher and the student of pedagogical careers to meet the needs of students and families in exceptional situations, as well as improve the look of these issues in the curriculum of the initial and continuous training of the education professional. This article describes the actions of the pedagogical university in the development of this task.
