Scientific journals have been the main space for the socialization of scientific activity for more than three hundred years. With the introduction of Information and Communication Technologies and the generalization of the Internet, new formats have emerged for journals, from PDF files to complex websites with numerous scientific articles. The publication of research results in indexed journals is affected by the lack of knowledge of the methodological procedures for writing scientific articles. The relationship of science and technology with the need for publication of scientific articles by teachers in favor of professional pedagogical improvement allows to base a conception for the improvement of the publication of scientific article by teachers in technological scientific journals indexed from the approach to science, technology and society. Among the results obtained with its application is the training of authors using the facilities provided by Internet communication, as well as the improvement of accessibility and visibility of publications using social networks, databases and catalogs, as well an improvement in the editorial policy of the journal can be evidenced for its adjustment with international standards.
