This paper includes aspects of the history and characteristics of the pantheon of the National Association of Nurses and Nursing Students of the Republic of Cuba and of the chapel of the National School of Cuban Male Nurses in order to diffuse the existence of works that are a testimony of the history of Cuban Nursing. It is expected that this information contributes to reinforce the profesional identity and the self-steem of the graduated nurses and male nurses, and to increase the humanistic preparation of the medical students and, in particular, of the nursing students. It is concluded that the pantheon of the National Association of Nurses and Nursing Students and the chapel of the National School of Male Nurses are funeral constructions that confirm the interest of cooperation of these professionals in improving their social condition and in having a place of their own for the rest of those who have died. It is important to take care of and to make known this place located in “Cristóbal Colón” cemetery
