The study of the medical histories of 3 patients carriers of nevus of the ocular conjunctiva that evolved unfavorably towards melanoma of the conjunctiva is dealt with. As a result, it is stated that the prophylactic treatment is the best in these cases. Conclusions are reached and recommendations are made.
