The purpose of this research is to demonstrate that society; education and the human being face unusual and growing problems in relation to professional performance in Higher Education and are frequently led to the loss of values. the inquiry is part of a study with a qualitative approach, of an exploratory type, with an epistemological support based on complexity, since they seek to know the why of things, from a vision that is not biased, but multidimensional; The teacher's professional pedagogical performance is one of the most representative dimensions of teaching, research and links with society in Higher Education, the results show 14 indicators in each of the dimensions and their corresponding assessments that detail the main ones.
