This paper outlines the development of logical thinking from numerical thinking in first grade secondary school students in Guerrero, Mexico, with the aim of applying a scientific-integrative conception from a developer approach to the teaching-learning process of Mathematics, for the development of logical thinking in secondary education. In it, the pertinent indicators to a descriptive analysis are taken into consideration for this study, using the mixed approach and a predominantly qualitative design on the treatment of the development of numerical thinking that enhances logical thinking, the application of the methods was taken into account. of theoretical methods, analysis and synthesis, as well as mathematical empirical and statistical methods, as well as the leading role of the student in their self-learning, in a participatory context that fosters cooperative learning, based on the exchanges and socialization of actions and tasks for problem solving. math and everyday life problems.
