CABALLERO RODRIGUEZ, Tania; PAZ DOMINGUEZ, Irela Margarita y RODRIGUEZ RODRIGUEZ, Dania. Institutional educational management model in the professional orientation of students of pedagogical schools. Varona [online]. 2023, n.76 Epub 30-Jun-2023. ISSN 1992-8238.
The training of teachers in Cuba is recognized as a vital process, consistent with the rich pedagogical tradition in the country, with the emerging national needs and with the current international guidelines that, from the objectives of sustainable development defined in the 2030 Agenda, stand out as quality education a priority. In accordance with the above, in Cuban education, pedagogical schools play an important role, since they are in charge of training mid-level educators to work at various levels of education according to the selected specialty. Achieving consistent training for students in pedagogical schools requires, among other things, the development of solid professional motives. In this sense, this article presents the results of an investigation that models the process of institutional educational management based on the professional orientation of the students of the referenced schools, specifically in students who are trained as early childhood educators, which emerges as an alternative that promotes the development of identity with the profession and contributes to the achievement of the desired quality in education. The methods of analysis and synthesis, the hermeneutic - dialectical and the system approach, allowed to fulfill the modeling of the investigated process as a proposed objective.
