The Cuban Center for Neurosciences, authorized by the Ministry of Higher Education, offers Professional Upgrading programs and controls their quality through the supervision of the Postgraduate Training Department. For this purpose, a survey was designed and applied to the postgraduate students involved in the teaching - learning process. The survey included four variables and twenty indicators. The present paper exposed the design of the survey and the characteristics of the automated system for processing the results. The system issues a quality profile for each evaluated Professional Upgrading program. Those profiles are used to design actions aimed at continuing improving the process of teaching - learning and the achievement of a successive approach for the educational excellence.
