Philosophic ideas of the human beings living, thousands years ago, in the countries that conformed the Ancient East, is the theoretic fundament of the acupunctural therapy and other many aspects of the oriental medicine. Nevertheless, this ancient medical practice, unknown in the occidental hemisphere, has gained more and more reconnaissance around the world. Taking into account its practical usefulness for the National Health System, since many years ago it has been projected developing the Alternative Medicine, and as a part of it, the Oriental Natural and Traditional Medicine. For this, it has been indicated the introduction of the contents of Natural and Traditional Medicine in the curricular plan of the career of Medicine. Especially in the cycle of basic formation, the Vice minister in charge of instruction has given instructions regulating the contents to introduce and the matters where they have to be added. But, during the control visits made to different teaching institutions there were difficulties with the fulfilment of those indications. The current work was aimed to evaluating the level of fulfilment of the indications in the teaching areas and to identifying the difficulties affecting its application: facilitators do not know them; they are absent in the programs of the different matters, etc.
