Deeply investigating in the field of values education is a necessity in the Medical Sciences universities, because human being is their main purpose. The aim of this term was understanding and interpreting the reasons of people behavior in order to guide their behavior inside the requirements imposed by society. To educate human values, it is necessary the professor’s theoretical and methodological training, on the humanist bases offered by the interrelation of disciplines like Philosophy, Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology. The education in human values is the imprint of the social development. The essence of such education demands the necessary educative orientation of the teaching staff and students in different directions or dimensions of the last ones formation process. That is why, in Cuba we pay special attention to the ethic dilemmas affronted by professionals in this field, being necessary to strengthen the students humanist formation; a challenge for the teaching staff dealing with that is looking for new ways allowing to improve educative work with them. We carried out a bibliographic review in the databases of Infomed net.
