RUIZ PEREZ, Alvinn; GOMEZ SARDUY, Julio Rafael y VIEGO FELIPE, Percy Rafael. Probabilistic evaluation of distribution transformers losses with unbalanced and deviated voltages. Energética [online]. 2013, vol.34, n.1, pp. 2-10. ISSN 1815-5901.
In this paper the calculation of the transformation losses is discussed. The proposed method takes the variability and asymmetry of the load, as well as the presence of problems of energy quality like the unbalance and the voltages variations. The methodology applies to a primary distribution substation considering a probabilistic load curve to depart of measurements taken during a year. First the data got from intervening load measurement at the totalizing switch of the substation to construct eleven load profiles that they contribute to losses with determined probability. They get the more probable losses from the substation in 24 hours. The study case is Arimao's substation in Cumanayagua city. The method can be generalized to three-phase transformers installed at the industry where it be wanted to know its energetic behavior.
