The migratory circularity offers a dynamic conception about population migrant movements, that is far away from a lineal concept of departure ad return, that was study form many years. I the Cuba context, ideas about human mobility are transformed and actualized, especially as a result of migratory reform of 2013. It is essential to study the psychosocial dimension to know the characteristics and make visible the various transnational practices described by the movements of the people involved. The objective of this work is to present diverse experiences that allow to characterize the migratory circularity in Cuba, from 2013. The qualitative methodology integrates the analysis of 10 case studies. Mai results: The predominant motivations are economic, family, educational, the desire to live in Cuba, and the independence. Temporality does not fallow a single pattern, but it is situational. The subjects studied identify greater advantages than disadvantages of practicing circular migration. The diversity of transnational practices described is related to the family and the link with Cuba. The main restructuring and conflicts in daily life occur in personal and family spheres. An essential final point is to promote and recognize these transnational practices -which already exists in Cuban society- given that, by being part of the initiatives proposed by the Cuban government, circular migration becomes an opportunity for a healthy movement of the population and developer of our nation.
