The present investigation was carried out in the period 2019-2020. It contains the characterization of a group of Adolescent Transgressors of the Law of the School of Integral Formation José Martí of Havana. A mixed methodology was used, combining the quantitative and qualitative methods. A concurrent sampling was used for mixed methods, with several parallel samples. They were used variety of technical; documental, statistical analysis and focal group, among others. For the prosecution of the information it was carried out an analysis of content of the main applied techniques. The studied variables were: Sociodemographic Characteristic, Identity and Conditioning Factors of the Social Exclusion. Among the results we find that the 235 adolescents, studied during the period 2015 - 2020, they were characterized by a prevalence of the color of black skin, followed by the mestizo and white skin. As for the sex, most is masculine and the ages oscillate between 15 and 14 years. The main contents systematized in relation to the selfimage and heteroimage develan that the negative elements in both processes are associated to the behavior transgressor. The heteroimage is negative, it is marked by stigmas and labels. Referred to the manifestations of social exclusion factors of the context and singular they are observed that favor this situation and the expression of behaviors transgressors. Regarding the individual factors, it is evidenced that the adolescents are perceived excluded, prevailing like causes, their behavior and to have criminal records. As novel aspect of the diagnostic phase, they recognized the sexual orientation as another exclusion cause.
