The results indicate training needs, from the very understanding of the scope of what it means to be a tutor, to the communication set between the teacher and the student. On behalf of the results, the objective was to propose a teacher training program structured in three areas: general theoretical references on the features that define a good tutorial practice and a good tutor, the teacher´s role in tutorial management and the methodology for the execution and evaluation of tutoring. The current research got the limitation regards to the exploration and verification of the problem with a single instrument due to the limitations of access to other documents, possible evidence of tutorial action on platforms or other spaces such as information from students.
