The karate is inside the combat sports. It acquires relevance for the sport development of Cuba, but it happens that it is not known in its national team, the lateral preference of its athletes neither the relationship it establishes with the levels of offensive technical mastery during the combat. For that reason, it was carried out a descriptive cases study whose objective was: to analyze the levels of offensive technical mastery of Cuban national karate team during their competitive activity. It was obtained as main result that they use preferably the right part of the body, not being this way in the sense of the turns of the shoulders and of the hip which are balanced, prevailing the homogeneous sportsmen for on the crusaders, the technical elements carried out by the dominant segments are much bigger than those which are not dominant, they execute eight techniques approximately for combat, but only one of them is effective, with bigger use and effectiveness of the superior members than the inferior, not presenting any effective kicking technique with turn, and a null use of projections, for what is perceived that offensive technical lacks exist in this team when comparing with the elite of this sport.
