The objective of this scientific work is to analyze the level of use and mastery of ICT in teaching practice according to the UNESCO standard in a private preschool institution in Pachuca, Hidalgo during the COVID-19 pandemic. The search was conducted in various scientific portals considering a time span of 10 years, so that 35 scientific research articles were found with the aim of conducting an analysis divided into three categories; The uses of ICT in teaching, application of ICT in preschool, application of ICT in pandemic by COVID-19. Thus, a mixed methodology is proposed, diagnosed as a cross-sectional descriptive study. Within the results are the findings of each category, prevailing the importance of training, since most of the teachers at different levels were not prepared, specifically in preschool, a level that was little favored.
