BUENO MOJENA, Cristina de la Caridad y FONT MILIAN, Sergio Antonio. Learning styles: their use in the teaching learning process of Integrated English Practice I. Varona [online]. 2021, n.73, pp. 108-117. Epub 02-Dic-2021. ISSN 1992-8238.
The article, resulted from the research project “The improvement of the teaching of English in primary, secondary and high school education”, reveals the fundamentals of a study carried out on learning styles, and its implication in the teaching learning process of English as a foreign language. Likewise, it reveals the results obtained from the diagnosis on visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles applied to the Integrated English Practice I at the Faculty of Education in Foreign Languages, at Enrique José Varona University of Pedagogical Sciences, and the considerations derived to enhance learning autonomy. A variant from the VAK (visual, auditory and kinesthetic) model was employed with this purpose. The instrument makes it possible to identify the sensory preferences used by the students to process information.
