The Discipline Investigative Labor Formation constitutes a suitable space in the Graduate's formation in Primary Education. He/she has as intention to prepare to students in the address of the teaching-learning process, with an integrative conception and scientific focus and interdisciplinar, from the integration of the academic and investigative components in function of the resolution of professional problems. The present article has as objective to carry out a critical analysis of the Integrative Main Discipline, belonging to the study Plan “AND”, effective from the year 2016, from a gender focus, considering the integration of contents with these topics; so that they contribute to the formation of the professional of the career Degree in Primary Education in the University "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez", in correspondence with the gender category, if one keeps in mind that this matter generates situations that pay to professional problems. The determination of relating theoretical-methodological on the Integrative Main Discipline and the gender focus, they allowed to carry out an analysis to the Program starting from the Professional's Pattern, the main inadequacies are presented that are identified in this discipline and a valuation about the necessity of the gender focus in the same one. In the same one it was used theoretical, empiric methods that gave the conceived investigation as a result, this it will allow to influence in the student body as for changes in their ways of acting and that they rebound in their social well-being, at the same time respond to the social demands and current challenges that it confronts the society around the gender category.
