Resumen
QUERO-JIMENEZ, Pedro César et al. DETERMINATION OF MICROELEMENTS AND TRACE MINERALS IN SURROUNDING SOILS OF SAGUA ELECTROCHEMICAL COMPANY, CUBA. cen. az. [online]. 2019, vol.46, n.2, pp. 79-88. Epub 01-Jun-2019. ISSN 2223-4861.
In the present work the content of cadmium, copper, chromium, lead, nickel and zinc in soil samples from a dairy located in surroundings of Sagua electrochemical company was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The levels found in different samples do not exceed the reference limit values: Cd (6.1 mg.kg-1), Co (253.3 mg.kg-1), Cr (4418.3 mg.kg-1), Cu (269.9 mg.kg-1), Ni (3030.8 mg.kg-1), Pb (113.6 mg.kg-1), Zn (260.1 mg.kg-1)) for Cuban soils. Trends in distribution of metals in soils of this dairy is to increase its concentration with depth, being more pronounced for nickel and zinc.
