The integral formation of education professionals has become the greatest challenge faced by university institutions in the world. Scientific and technological advances impose the need to train highly prepared educators in the cognitive and investigative order, today it is necessary to graduate competent, committed, creative and versatile professionals, capable of responding to the main problems of their profession and self-prepared to face and solve the new problems of the university community and the current social environment. National and international research addresses the problems of the lack of concreteness, systematization in the structure, treatment and consecutiveness of the actions or operations of the skills with emphasis on those related to the profession. The article presents a didactic alternative aimed at structuring the skill invariant in the Bachelor's Degree in Preschool Education (LEP), which facilitates teachers' understanding and organization of the educational teaching process, in order to train the professional needed by the early childhood educational community.
