Resumen

HERRERA PRAT, Mario Ignacio; GARCIA DE LA FIGAL COSTALES, Armando; RAMOS CARVAJAL, Ernesto  y  MARTIN TEXEIRA, Mauri. Simulation by means of the dynamics of having flowed by computer of the effect of the speed of the wind in the acting of the agricultural crushers of fan . Rev Cie Téc Agr [online]. 2012, vol.21, n.1, pp. 19-25. ISSN 2071-0054.

Agricultural sprayers for the application of defensive uses a stream of air to achieve greater efficiency in their work, this is complicated by having to combine the droplet size and the aerodynamics of the airflow and in turn interact with the wind and the movement of the sprayer. The effectiveness in covering the tree pesticide droplets is directly related to the transport capacity of the air stream and is the main cause of losses by drift if not used properly. The computational fluid dynamics can easily study the aerodynamics of the air stream by simulating the conditions of this work. Knowledge the aerodynamics of the current of air is an instrument for achieving control parameters and rational work regimes in the sprayer. In the study were used as experimental model, the integral spray "ASS-800" using an axial fan "VL610". The analysis of the aerodynamics of the current of air is carried out at a working speed of the sprayer of 3,6 km/h wind speed of 5 m/s at angles of 300, 450 and 600 with respect to the direction of movement of the sprayer.

Palabras clave : spraying machine; computational fluid dynamics; current of air.
