He following investigative work is carried out in the Water and Sanitation Business Group with the objective of identifying the variables to evaluate the commercial management in the companies belonging to this group. To fulfill this objective, theoretical, empirical and statistical methods are used. In the case of statistics, a cluster study is carried out with 54 models, classified as commercial management, direction and management, supply chain management and relational marketing. The variables identified to evaluate the commercial management in the companies of the AyS Group were grouped into four essential aspects: suppliers, water supply, commercialization and customer satisfaction.
