FERREIRA SARDINHA_DA_COSTA_NETO, Lino; PEREZ PRAVIA, Milagros Caridad y VILARINO CORELLA, Carlos. Conceptual model of management of logistic environmental costs in the Supply chain of fuels and lubricants. Rev retos [online]. 2019, vol.13, n.1, pp. 188-207. ISSN 2306-9155.
The traditional scientific literature acknowledges the existence of models of logistic cost management and environmental cost management; however, no theoretical proposals have been made for their integration. In this article, a conceptual model of environmental logistic cost management is recommended for the fuel and lubricant supply chain, whose purpose is to achieve a gradual decrease of losses linked to spills and evaporations during manipulation and preservation in each management cycle. Accordingly, their components were validated by factorial analysis, depending on their role within the supply chain of fuels and lubricants. As a result, a conceptual model that synthesizes areas, variables, actors, cost quantification in terms of efficiency/loss and inputs/outputs of environmental logistic cost management within the supply chain was designed.
