The improvement of sports trainers in the application of Biomechanics as part of permanent training is based on the existing theoretical-methodological foundations, and is projected as a comprehensive system capable of adapting to the diversity of situations that may arise due to the changes in socioeconomic development and the demands of the Cuban sports movement. In the preparation of the scientific result, the starting point was the determination of improvement needs, which made it possible to determine the existing deficiencies in the preparation of sports trainers for the application of Biomechanics. The materialist dialectical approach was used as a general method of science, as well as methods of the theoretical and empirical level. The invariants of knowledge in Biomechanics proposed are aimed at the theoretical-methodological and practical improvement of sports trainers for the application of Biomechanics in sports training, whose implementation, as well as the criteria of the users, reveal the existence of a positive transformation of sports coaches, which shows that the proposal is relevant, viable and feasible to apply in practice.
