The development of physical abilities in human beings enhances their health and performance in any scenario; its manifestation constitutes the basis for the training of personal defense specialists and teachers and it has as a precedent driving force, the physical preparation. Keeping in practice the link between physical preparation and personal defense constitutes a current challenge for teachers due to the amount of activities they carry out and the conditions in which they are developed. This situation indicates the necessity to create a training plan based on infographic systems and demands a study with the purpose of characterizing the infographic system of physical preparation in the multimedia to develop the capabilities of personal defense which is the objective of this article. As a result, exercises for physical preparation which contribute to develop the physical abilities for personal defense were identified and the infographics for the development of these abilities were organized.
