Doctoral training is an essential component to sustain the scientific potential of the country, especially that of the universities, so for the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) the strengthening of the preparation of doctors is a priority, becoming the accreditation of doctoral programs are a requirement to be considered when evaluating doctoral training work in authorized institutions. The quality standard legally established for its evaluation and accreditation demands that the training impact on graduates be evaluated on a recurring basis through their professional performance. The objective of the article is to evaluate the educational impact of the graduates of the Doctoral Program in Pedagogical Sciences that is developed at the Central University «Marta Abreu» of Las Villas, in the period (2015-2019) as part of the continuous self-evaluation process.
