PAHO proposes 12 attributes to measure integration of health networks, which must to be contextualized to each regional country so be applicable to each of them. In order to determine presence in Cuban health system is these attributes, a cross-sectional and descriptive research was made in the category of research in health systems and services. Sample included 7 provinces of our country selected by means of a simple randomized sampling. Variables included accounted for the attributes proposed by PAHO. Most of attributes (66%) were visualized at all health system levels, whereas the 25% was signaled in at least a level of system. Generally, we may to conclude that the 12 attributes proposed as essential and necessary to achieve an appropriate functioning in an Integrate System of Health Services, are present in the reality of Cuban Health in all or at least one of the levels of Health National System. Consultation performed has not new attributes considered by Cuban party as essential for a appropriate functioning of Integrated System of Health Services.
