This article discusses the organizing forms of Medical Education, conceived from its main principle: the in-service training. Particularly, it is aimed at proposing the Family Clinical Discussion implemented in the welfare services as a form of teaching organization as well as its methodology, which contributes to guidance for the professionals who need the sciences of the medical education in the formation of the human resources for health.
