Analysis Assessment of pesticide phytotoxicity on nontargetedplants requires an appropriate number of data from multiple species. In this study, the effect of a new microbial agent developed to control of root-knootand cyst nematodes was determined on germination, growth and plant survival of two valuable economic crops species: maize (class monocotyledon) and bean (class dicotyledon). Concentrations of the fungus in stems, leaves and roots were also measured. The results showed that plant germination and growth were not affected by the fungus applicationof tissue concentrations indicated that the fungus did not accumulate in the aerial parts of the plants showing an endophytic growth in the roots with no toxicity effect on plants.
