Due to the large amount of water containing in the resource (70-80 %), it use has been extended to various tasks within the factory, such as boilers, cooling towers, sanitation of premises, etc. It is important to emphasize that there is another exploitable line: the use of condensate as drinking water, which is so necessary to study its quality, taking into account the regulations for consumption, as well as its availability in sugar factories.
