Graduate practitioners must have a pedagogical culture that offers them tools to carry out the teaching function described in their professional pattern. This article presents a curricular strategy to train medical students in teaching. Actions are focused on two trends: to develop educational work with the individual, the family and the community, and to function as a professor of career courses.
