Resumen
FERNANDEZ MENA, Dianelis et al. Características físico-químicas de las microesferas obtenidas con diferentes polímeros y la liberación del principio activo. Rev Cubana Farm [online]. 2003, vol.37, n.1, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-2988.
The influence of various polymers of lactic acid and its copolymer with the glycollic acid on the physical and chemical characteristics of the microspheres obtained by the multiple emulssion method and the evaporation extraction of the solvent was evaluated. The behavior of each of these polymers was compared. It was observed that the polymers of lactic-glycollic acid (RG-503 and RG-506) allow to attain a percentage of encapsulation closer to 100 % and that the release profiles of the active principle from the microspheres is much better than in the rest of the studied polymers.
