It is ratified the paramount importance of the social determinants to explain the health of the populations and of the individuals. Especially in the case of individuals, the biological factors must be taken into account, given the heterogeneity and singularity of the persons. Individual sensitivity to suffering some diseases is well-known for the doctors that have attended patients from a long time. It appears the current need to revaluate the influence of biogenetic factors in the health´s determinants of the persons, in the light of new achievements in the field of the Biology and more specifically in Genetics; as well as for the Biotechnology, in the "molecular diagnosis ". There is alerted that the new technologies that has been emerging must be implemented in an appropriate way, according to the needed ethics and they must not induce to abandon the clinical method, including the skills of collecting good clinical records and performing a comprehensive evaluation in every patient, which will be always important to identify sensitive persons who attend to any healthcare service.
