ICTs in education have generated new ways to achieve teaching and learning processes, in the research it is posed as a scientific problem: How are expressed in teachers, the perception of the functioning of virtual classrooms in the university context, to their teaching processes in terms of: personalization, flexibility, interaction, mobility, satisfaction and motivation?, as a general objective: to analyze the perceptions of the teachers of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Educational Sciences, Technical University of Manabí, and the contribution of virtual classrooms to their teaching processes. The research was carried out with a quantitative, descriptive and bibliographic review approach from 2019 to 2022, under the PRISMA method, which shows that the use of virtual classrooms in HEIs is a regular practice; The University is constantly adjusting its MOODLE platform to motivate teachers and students.
