BROCHE-VAZQUEZ, Leonardo et al. Kinematic and dynamic analysis of transfemoral prosthesis. Clinical implications. Ingeniería Mecánica [online]. 2016, vol.19, n.3, pp. 150-157. ISSN 1815-5944.
Is analyzed from a clinical and kinetic point of view the feasibility of using the transfemoral prosthesis Otto Bock with 3R80 knee and articulated ankle 1C30 "Trias". The kinematic and kinetic gait analysis was performed on 5 amputee volunteers and 5 normal subjects using videographic and force platforms techniques. The kinetic asymmetry in gait as a major cause of the degenerative pathologies of the hip. The inclusion of kinematic and kinetic variables can establish with clinical trials of radiography and densitometry, important conclusions related with dynamic imbalance, primary cause of degenerative diseases of the hip observed in this patient, which are an important tool for evaluating the feasibility of the design of the prosthetic device.
