Many authors have made reference to the fast development of virtuality and associated technologies, as well as to the concept of liquid modernity since Zygmunt Bauman (2000). In this sense, it is possible to assert that all humanity notions have been transforming and that the accountability is also involved in the diverse changes which have taken place. Therefore, a review of the main flow of accountable thought was considered advisable in order to understand how the changes that affect society may influence in such knowledge sphere. Starting from a review of Carlos Larrinaga González (1999) and Wai Fong Chua?s position (2004), some question related to the value of individuality in work were stated; aspect that must be solved by this accountable thought flow. This way accountability may help to have an equal distribution of nations and enterprises or organizations? resources.
