This paper presented a case where the regular use of the Slit Lamp OCT Heidelberg Engineering allowed the imaging and differential diagnosis of a patient that suffers a retroiridian cyst in one eye, and primary closing angle glaucoma and cataract in both eyes. Laser iridotomy laser and phacoemulsification were performed favorably. The world bibliography was revised and its main characteristics were commented on.
