Bucodental traumas are frequent accidents negatively affecting the individual psychological and social projection. They should be considered as a stomatologic emergency situation requiring certain diagnosis and timely treatment by the integral general dentist.  Dental trauma causes have complex nature and are associated to changes in life styles. The immediate treatment of traumatized teeth is the key of the success in preserving the life of the teeth and the tissues surrounding them. It can take in a wide spectrum of therapeutic procedures, standing out the reposition of the fractured fragment, immediately after the trauma occurrence to avoid the dentine dehydration; nevertheless we present a case of fragment reposition after around three months of the trauma. Previously testing pulp vitality, we totally removed the dentine of the fragment and reposed it using adhesive compounds, increasing the esthetic and retention guarantee.
