In Cuba, the process of computerization of the society has led to increasing the use of software tools aimed at the management of direction in the government´s bodies, administration and businesses. DESOFT company plays a leading role in this regard, implementing several products of the company's portfolio on clients of all country´s municipalities, which turns the implementation service into one of the most important for this entity. Nowadays, the Havana DESOFT division has a methodology for the implementation of software tools; however, the service is not efficiently managed, so it is necessary to design the implementation process adapted to the actual conditions of the projects in the province. For the design, it was used the process approach, which allows to provide an excellence service and to ensure the quality of the processes.
