Job evaluation is an indispensable tool in the structure and organization of human capital. Such valuation must be adapted to global changes and new adaptations of compensation systems. Therefore, this study designs a job evaluation technology to support the implementation of Decree 87/2023. Engineering techniques and tools were applied, using mixed research methods. It is determined that there is no preliminary evidence on the circumstances for directors to choose certain payment system alternatives. For this article, it was assumed as a less risky approach to establish the wage level and wage combination (polynomial or logarithmic pay scale according to work).This approach makes it possible to match up with competition and increase the motivation of workers.
