Automated system “CEEautoprop”, determines energy and operating costs of self-propelled agricultural machines, analytically modeling the work of the machine in the field, determining the hourly costs (MJ/h) and per area unit worked (MJ/ha), considering energy sequestered in materials of construction, manufacture, transport; fuels; lubricants; repair / maintenance and labor. In addition, it evaluates the hourly operating costs (weight / h) and per area unit worked (weight / ha), contemplating the disbursement for wages, amortization, repairs and maintenance and fuel of the system. This automated system has been used to determine energy and operating costs of different cane harvesters in Cuba and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with high reliability in the results obtained
